More baking and a change coming for the Princess...

Today was cookie baking day here - we (Mia and I) baked a double batch of (gluten free/casein free/soy free) sugar cookies for the kids' parties and to share with some friends and neighbors. Yummy! I am betting I will end up doing one more batch before Christmas, but we shall see. I also made a batch of Gingerbread men (and women) cookies. The other bit of news is that tomorrow is Mia's last day at Ms. Amanda's Mom's Day Out program. We toured a new preschool this morning and have decided that she will start there Tuesdays and Thursdays after the New Year. She is super excited to attend "Big Girl School". Should be fun!
